With over 10+ years of experience working for 5 star hotels, high end restaurants and hospitality consultancy companies in Europe and the GCC in management roles, Alex has realised that his passion laid in the kitchen space. He has tirelessly worked to develop the best hummus recipe and then used his acquired skills to design the full menu thus conceptualizing an unique culinary experience that has delighted tasters near and far.
